‘Safe for now’, Orissa, India.
5.5 million people in India, including Ranjita (left) were affected by floods in 2007. In response, Oxfam provided shelter, public health work, food and safe drinking water to around 50,000 families across Assam, West Bengal, Orissa and Bihar.
